Océ Repro Desk is a print production software for optimizing large format digital printing. Started ten years ago, the product has had huge success and is one of the most sold Océ software products. Repro Desk is continuously evolving to fulfill both US and European market needs and keep up with the latest technology evolutions.
Repro Desk is developed in Phoenix (USA) and Timisoara. The size of the R&D team is around 30 people, equally distributed between the two sites.
Main responsibilities
- translate the product requirements into functional/technical specifications with the help of our system analyst
- participate in designing new functionalities in collaboration with colleagues from Timisoara and Phoenix
- create prototypes, develop new components and ensure their quality by working closely with test & validation teams (The main technologies used from .NET FWK are: WCF, ASP.NET, MVC, WPF, Interop. source control is in Microsoft TFS.)
- review code and technical specifications
- refactor existing legacy code (C# and C++)
- troubleshoot and solve problems for the functionalities to be delivered and the legacy code
- implement changes requested during the development of the product

Job Requirements
We wish to recruit persons with the following qualifications:
- at least 4 years experience in design and development of products using .NET FWK (C#)
- experience in OO design
- experience developing windows applications
- experience working with legacy code
- willing to follow and improve the existing working methods (code review, unitary tests)
- adaptable to changes in assignments, schedules, and technologies
- good communication skills, enabling successful interaction with team members
- fluent in English
