SHUTTLE

Car Park P1/P2 - Bus no. 897
The free shuttle service runs back and forth between the car park (P1/P2) and all open entrances.

Shuttle for the physically disabled
The special shuttle service designed especially for the disabled is also free of charge. It will collect you at P1/2 and take you directly to the entrance of your choice.

Fairgrounds bus service
The fairgrounds bus service only runs between the main buildings, making stops at each hall and entrance.

Old Town shuttle - Bus no. 898
These free shuttle buses depart at intervals of 30 minutes and run between the Caravan Center and Düsseldorf Old Town (Heinrich-Heine-Allee/Opera)

29.05. - 10.06.2008 06.30 am - 12.30 am -> Old Town/car park

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Bus (no. 722)
Bus no. 722 runs from the center of town to the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center (East Entrance, administration tower, South Entrance, Stadthalle).

Bus (no. 896)
Bus no. 896 runs from the airport to the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center (East Entrance, administration tower, South Entrance, North Entrance).

Tube (U 78)
The U 78 tube runs from Central Station to the North Entrance of the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center.

Tube (U 79)
The U 79 tube runs from Central Station to the Düsseldorf Trade Fair Center (Messe/Ost, Stockumer Kirchstraße). From there, Bus no. 722 will take you to the East Entrance, administration tower and South Entrance.

TAXI

Exhibitors arriving by taxi can be dropped off directly at the halls up to 10.00 am during the fair’s run. During the fair’s opening hours, you can make use of the taxi dropoff zones in front of each entrance as well as the administration tower.

PARKING FOR EXHIBITORS

Parking for cars – order: (OOS/Online Order System "4D01") –
closing date for orders: 10.04.2008
Exhibitors must pay a fee to obtain parking permits for cars.

Please note that only vehicles that do not exceed the maximum length of 5 metres may be categorised as cars. Vehicles over 5 metres in length are classified as delivery vans. Please see the section “Restocking vehicle” below for prices, etc.
Please order your parking permits via the Internet using OOS (OOS/online-ordering-system). Prices listed are per parking bay for the duration of the fair’s run and include VAT. Parking permits are not valid during the assembly and dismantling phases.
The following parking spaces are available:
P1/2/5 (incl. use of shuttle bus) € 98.– each

Please note that the car parks on and around the fairgrounds have a limited capacity. If, on placing your order, these car parks are already fully booked, you will automatically be issued with a parking permit for car park P1/2. No claims can be made on parking spaces within or around the fairgrounds. Orders must have reached us by 15.04.2008 at the latest in order to ensure optimal allocation of parking spaces. Messe Düsseldorf cannot guarantee the processing of orders submitted late.

General Notes:

• Exhibitor parking permits shall only be valid during the event.
• Parking permits are not required during stand construction/dismantling.
• The ordered parking permits will be sent approx. 4 weeks before the opening of the event.
• Parking permits ordered after the above closing date will only be issued after cash payment is made to the event management.
• The permits can be collected from the event management up to 10.00 am on 29.05.2008.
• Thereafter, reservations can no longer be guaranteed.
• Surplus parking permits must be returned by the last day of assembly.

PARKING FOR THE DISABLED

closing date for orders: 01.05.2008
These parking permits must be requested in writing and a copy of the front and reverse of the user’s disabled ID card enclosed. Only individuals who can prove severe disability or blindness will be awarded these parking permits. To claim this permit, the disabled individual must be part of your stand staff and travel to the fairgrounds daily in their own vehicle. Messe Düsseldorf reserves the right to perform spot checks and, in cases of misuse, to confiscate the permit without replacement.

Parking Mobile home and caravan
The Caravan Center is located in car park P1.

One-day tickets
Reservations not accepted
The price below is a daily rate per bay and includes VAT.
P1 One-day ticket inkl. electricity € 30.00 each
The fee must be paid directly to the staff of the Caravan Center.
